It is beautiful and somehow comforting.<\/p>\n<p><i>Lie back daughter, let your head<\/i><br \/>\n<i>be tipped back in the cup of my hand.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Gently, and I will hold you. Spread<\/i><br \/>\n<i>your arms wide, lie out on the stream<\/i><br \/>\n<i>and look high at the gulls. A dead-<\/i><br \/>\n<i>man&#8217;s float is face down. You will dive<\/i><br \/>\n<i>and swim soon enough where this tidewater<\/i><br \/>\n<i>ebbs to the sea.
