I didn&#8217;t find a lot of information about her but I do like this poem that I stumbled across. I read it through three times which is my completely unscientific way to determine if I should feature a poem. If I read it multiple times in a row then there is something special about it.<\/p>\n<p><i>I want a red dress.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>I want it flimsy and cheap,<\/i><br \/>\n<i>I want it too tight, I want to wear it<\/i><br \/>\n<i>until someone tears it off me.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>I want it sleeveless and backless,<\/i><br \/>\n<i>this dress, so no one has to guess<\/i><br \/>\n<i>what&#8217;s underneath. I want to walk down<\/i><br \/>\n<i>the street past Thrifty&#8217;s and the hardware store<\/i><br \/>\n<i>with all those keys glittering in the window,<\/i><br \/>\n<i>past Mr. and Mrs. Wong selling day-old<\/i><br \/>\n<i>donuts in their caf\u00e9, past the Guerra brothers<\/i><br \/>\n<i>slinging pigs from the truck and onto the dolly,<\/i><br \/>\n<i>hoisting the slick snouts over their shoulders.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>I want to walk like I&#8217;m the only<\/i><br \/>\n<i>woman on earth and I can have my pick.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>I want that red dress bad.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>I want it to confirm\u00a0<\/i><br \/>\n<i>your worst fears about me,<\/i><br \/>\n<i>to show you how little I care about you<\/i><br \/>\n<i>or anything except what\u00a0<\/i><br \/>\n<i>I want.
