I have loved her poems from long before I started this poetry series. She has been featured at least three times before (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.holdsuponhappiness.com\/2018\/10\/a-poem-for-thursday-3.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.holdsuponhappiness.com\/2019\/11\/a-poem-for-thursday-58.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.holdsuponhappiness.com\/2015\/12\/words-that-sing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>) and I am sure I will feature her again in the future.<\/p>\n<p><i>Ah, could I lay me down in this long grass<\/i><br \/>\n<i>And close my eyes, and let the quiet wind<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Blow over me&#8211;I am so tired, so tired<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Of passing pleasant places! All my life,<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Following Care along the dusty road,<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Have I looked back at loveliness and sighed;<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Yet at my hand an unrelenting hand<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Tugged ever, and I passed.
